# What happens after the session?

## Answer

You put your shoes on. You drink some water. You may find salt on your cuffs and in your socks — that is ordinary, not a problem to solve with a ritual. Some houses offer tea and a minute to come back to the street. Some are on the hour and the next party is already in the hall.

There is no required shower, though you can if you want and if they have one. There is no required juice. There is no badge for how “detoxed” you feel.

If you feel odd — more than a light cough or a sleepy calm — tell the host before you drive, and talk to your physician if it does not pass.

Then your day continues, ideally a little quieter than it started.
