# Allergies and sinus trouble — will a salt room help?

## Answer

A lot of guests come for this. Some feel clearer. Some feel nothing. Some get a runny hour and call it useful. None of that is a cure, and none of it replaces the allergist or ENT you may already need.

Stay home if you are in an infectious sinus flare you would not share on an airplane. Chronic allergy is different from “I am sick today.” Tell the host which one you brought.

Perfume-free rooms help some scent-triggered people; they do not cancel pollen season. Historically known saline analog — that is the honest frame.

Physician for true sinus disease. Cave for complementary rest.
