# Can I nap in a salt session?

## Answer

Yes. Many people drop straight into a nap. Low light, a reclining chair, cool air, nothing to perform — that is the point for a lot of first-timers who thought they were coming for a medical event and found a rest instead.

In a shared room, snoring happens. Courtesy is still a thing: you are not there to narrate your dream, and if you know you snore at a volume that rattles walls, a private session may be kinder. Children who will not rest need a different booking, not a lecture mid-hour.

You will not fail the session by sleeping through it. There is no breathing exam. The generator does not grade you.

If falling asleep in public makes you uneasy, say so when you book and ask about a private hour.
