If you already use saline in a clinic — nebulized hypertonic saline, airway clearance, a pulmonary team — that team owns this question.

Dry halo in a spa is **not** the same prescription as medical saline. It may sit in the same family of ideas. It may be redundant, unhelpful, or poorly timed around your real treatments. Only the specialist can say.
