# What should a first-time visitor know?

## Answer

A first visit is simpler than the internet makes it.

Arrive early. Skip perfume and smoke. Wear comfortable clothes and clean socks. Leave the phone in the basket. Use the restroom first. Tell the host if you are pregnant, asthmatic, claustrophobic, or managing something else — not so they can play doctor, so they can host you.

Sit down. Breathe normally. You may nap. You may see salt in a flashlight beam. You may see nothing but a dim room. Afterward, water.

Ask your physician before you book if you have a medical question. Stay home if you are contagious. If you want a house Angelina has come to know, like, and trust, share your city and Ask the owner instead of picking the loudest ad.

You do not need to perform wellness. You need to show up kind.
