# How should I talk about home units versus a professional room?

## Answer

Do not mock people for asking. Some are sick, some are rural, some are comparing cost.

Tell the truth: a professional room is a **climate you are responsible for** — generator, salt grade, cleaning, seating, time, a host who will send you home if you are ill. A consumer tent is a gadget with a warranty and a wide range of honesty.

You are not required to sell against home units. You are required not to claim your room is “the same as a $199 Amazon halo” or, the other way, “the only legal salt in America.” Specifics, not fear.

If they still buy a tent, they still might sit in your cave when they visit town. Stay kind.
