# How often should I go?

## Answer

There is no honest universal schedule.

Many regulars go **weekly**. Some buy a series because the house discounted it. Some go once a season, like they would go to the coast. First-timers often try one visit and then decide. None of that is a protocol this magazine will print as medicine.

If you are hoping to “treat” a diagnosis, that hope needs a physician, not a punch card. Series pricing is a business choice, not evidence.

Ask the house what they offer. Ask your body what it can afford in time and money. Ask the owner here if you want a house that will not guilt you into a twelve-pack.
