# Should I drink water after a session?

## Answer

Yes. Water is the aftercare almost every honest host will mention. If the session stirred mucus, fluid helps the body do the ordinary work it already knows how to do.

You do not need a juice cleanse, a supplement stack, or a salt-room smoothie protocol from a stranger on the internet. Eat if you are hungry. Rest if you are sleepy. Many people sleep well that night; that is a guest report, not a guarantee.

Notice how you are breathing. That noticing is part of why people come back. It is also how you tell your physician, if you have one in this story, what you actually felt.

Houses may offer tea or an electrolyte. That is hospitality, not medicine. If you have a fluid restriction, you already follow your doctor, not a spa blog.
