# Do I need a series of visits?

## Answer

No required series. One visit is a complete rest.

Packages exist because caves are small businesses and because some guests like a rhythm. That is commerce. A **required medical course** — “you must come twelve times or it will not work” — is a red flag. Complementary wellness does not get to trap you in a protocol it cannot prove.

Try the room. If you like the host and the air, go back. If you do not, you are not a dropout from treatment. You are a person who sat in a chair.

Gift cards and series are house-specific. Ask them. This till will not sell you one.
