# What side effects do people talk about?

## Answer

The ordinary list is small: a **mild cough** or extra mucus, a **runny nose**, **sleepiness**, a little **salt film** on skin and clothes, sometimes dry throat. Some people feel nothing except that they sat still for forty minutes, which was already worth it.

What is not a side effect to collect: wheeze you cannot talk through, chest pain, fainting, a rash that is new and angry, fever you brought in or took home. Those are physician territory. Do not let anyone call that “a healing crisis.”

Houses should tell you the mild list without selling the scary list as a badge. If they only sell miracles, keep walking.
