## Answer

People come because they already know salt water and Dead Sea stories, and because an Epsom bath is ordinary. A dry salt room is a cousin, not a dermatology clinic.

Intact, curious skin is a different day than a **weeping flare** or active infection — those belong on the caution list with your clinician and the host. Do not pack open skin in a shared salt floor and call it brave.

No cave should tell you to stop a prescribed topical. No magazine should either. If you want a house that will not overclaim “we heal psoriasis,” Ask the owner.
