# What about sound baths, yoga, or other events in a cave?

## Answer

Common, and often lovely. They are **events**, not the definition of halotherapy. Yoga in the salt, a sound bath, breathwork — the air is still the air. The extra is a teacher and a different clock.

Ask who is hosting, how many people, whether the generator runs, and whether you can still leave if it is too much. A packed sound bath is not a private nap.

This magazine does not calendar other people’s caves. If you want a house known for that kind of gathering, Ask the owner with your city. If you wanted only the chair, book a regular session and skip the event.
