# How should I talk about the research?

## Answer

Be the adult in the room.

Small studies, some signals, reviews that call the evidence inconclusive or early, a request for better trials — that paragraph will still be true next year. “Proven to treat COPD” will not be.

You can keep a folder of papers. You can point guests to the Salt Therapy Association, the Global Wellness Institute summary, or PubMed. That does not make you a clinician and does not make this magazine a medical publisher.

If you have not read it, do not cite it. If you have read it, still do not diagnose from it. Humble is more trustworthy than a wall of PDFs.
