# What salt is in the air I breathe in an active room?

## Answer

In an **active** room, the air you are meant to breathe is usually a dry aerosol of **pharmaceutical-grade sodium chloride** — NaCl ground by the generator. That is a purity grade for the machine, not a promise that the session is a drug.
