# Why not a scraped national directory?

## Answer

Because a scraped pin is not **know, like, and trust**.

Anyone can buy brick, name themselves a cave, and bid on ads. Some of those rooms are active, honest, and kind. Some are lamps and a story. A map does not know the difference. A magazine that exists to shrink the footprint of untrustworthy wellness marketing should not become a random directory with our logo on it.

Angelina has spent years meeting owners, hearing backstories, and deciding who she will introduce. That list will never look like “coverage everywhere.” That is the point.

We would rather hold your request than fake a match. If that is slower than Google, it is also how you avoid a mine you cannot see from a listing photo.
